Through a veil

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

Loving the contrast between the feminine tulle dress and veils and the tough hardware harnesses!
I love juxtaposition of themes and fabrics to switch up an outfit or a mood.
Chiffon with crushed velvet, or plaid with jersey, or silk with leather...
So many possibilities.

Again, this scenery makes me wanna go abroad and lie in the green pastures to watch the sun set. But of course I've better things to do than to daydream.
Although if I close my eyes and let the sunlight shine on me, I might allow myself 5 mins to dream of all the possibilities and how the uncut grass would tickle my shins and how my dress might get stuck a few times as I walk in the wild field and how the wind would smell and how-
oh, 5 mins up.

Okay okay back to work!

Writing from the heart.

One secret I'll let you in on.
One that's been keeping me alive this far.
One thing that sustains me when I'm at my wit's end.
One reminder when I get bad days and bad moods.
One precious important thing that keeps me going even when I feel like giving up, and especially when I feel so tired that I can't give or love or it seems that time won't heal things.

Here it is:
I have my own source of love that never runs out.

Never ever runs out.
I may forget to look there when I'm all overwhelmed in my situations but it's always there for me.

And how can I let you in on my secret without telling you how to, too?

You have your own source of love, you know.
In that space in your heart where God is.
God is love, and so you'll find love when you find God.
Dig deep, it may be hard finding it first when you're hurting but you will find it.
A love so real and so tangible. A love that gives you strength after you get weary. A love that encourages you after you face disappointments. A love that clears the dark.

It pains me seeing people so down and out.
I wish I could hug every single one of them.
I wish the love I have from God can gush out of me and reach out to them.
But sometimes it's best that they discover their own supply of never-ending love so they will always have it.. for I may not be able to help every single one of them and I won't always be here but that love? It will always be.

Also I saw on a website some pretty funny but honest facts that make you go : 'Soo darn right!'

1. I think part of a best friend’s job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.

2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong.

3. I totally take back all those times I didn’t want to nap when I was younger.

4. There is great need for a sarcasm font.

8. Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died.

9. I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t at least kind of tired.

10. Bad decisions make good stories.

11. You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren’t going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.

15. I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello? **** it!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voice mail. What did you do after I didn’t answer? Drop the phone and run away?

25. How many times is it appropriate to say “What?” before you just nod and smile because you still didn’t hear or understand a word they said?

Last one that is the most omg-so-true thing:

32. Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car keys in a pocket, finding their cell phone, and Pinning the Tail on the Donkey – but I’d bet my bottom dollar everyone can find and push the snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1.7 seconds, eyes closed, first time, every time!
